The project is located in the heart of the new financial district of Milan, near Garibaldi train station and piazza Gae Aulenti.
As such it sits at the intersection of the older, traditional Milan and the new “glass and steel” district that has transformed the city.
Our design tries to capture this unique context as well as acknowledging the prominent corner the building stands on.
In our work we seek to manage meaningful designs that are responsive to our clients’
needs, create memorable spaces that contribute to their communities and landscapes,
and touch the land and the environment as gently and as positively as possible.

GaS Studio - focused on design
GaS Studio offers its skills, built over 30 years of operating in the architectural sector, from the conception of the project to its final realization: relying on professionals, the studio has a consolidated multidisciplinary experience, with the ability to approach different types of buildings with excellent results.
The heterogeneity of the team and the experience of the designers also favour the development of an effective design response to various customers’ objectives: to create an effective design supported by a conscious methodology, to offer resilient architectures, attentive to sustainability standards and able to offer flexibility of use, redevelop pre-existing spaces and structures by rehabilitating or modifying their functions.

GaS Works - working administration & management branch
GaS Works is the technical branch of GaS Studio and is focused on construction documents and specification, construction administration and project management. GaS Works aims at promoting a “virtuous and ethical” model of integrated and coordinated design with the objective of reducing risk, costs and unplanned occurrences that too often affect the construction process.
Born from senior professionals with years of experience in the field, GaS Works proposes precise methodologies and advanced tools such as BIM, to manage all project phases, maximising quality and minimising costs and time.
Our team is involved with every architectural, economic and organisational aspect of the design and construction phases: From concept to completion GaS Works monitors the process and advises both design team and client representatives.

O.I.L Design Lab - consulting and planning in the world of design
OIL Design Lab was created to develop, along with GaS Studio, product design, graphics and image in conjunction with the architecture we produce.
Founded in 2014, OIL specialises in graphics, branding and product design, supporting the Studio in the design phase, and offering clients a wholistic, one source solution to their challenges and opportunities.
