The project is located in the heart of the new financial district of Milan, near Garibaldi train station and piazza Gae Aulenti.
As such it sits at the intersection of the older, traditional Milan and the new “glass and steel” district that has transformed the city.
Our design tries to capture this unique context as well as acknowledging the prominent corner the building stands on.

Govone 33 is a new residential project located in a quiet and elegant neighbourhood near "Piazza Gerusalemme" and next to Scalo Farini in Milan. The building, gas free and carbon neutral, will integrate the most advanced technologies and receive a Class A energy rating thus providing excellent comfort and energy savings. Indeed the building includes smart home automation managed with voice commands, thermostats and intercom remotely controlled thru smart phones. The project offers a variety of unit types and sizes including private garages and storage units.
All apartments enjoy a double exposure and 3m deep “loggias”. The units will create rational and efficient liveable spaces with ample natural light and natural ventilation. Radiant floors will add additional comfort during winter months using highly efficient air/water centralised heat pump units. Each unit will have individual metering of energy consumption and the project is equipped with rooftop photovoltaic cells.
